 The SkipperBabis, Jean-Charles, Ioannidis Jean Charles Ioannidis is a professional skipper with many years of sailing experience. He is well informed in the areas of gastronomy, Greek art, history and culture. Born and raised in Paris, France. At an early age he became involved with his love of sailing, and bought his first boat at the age of 18. Presently, he lives in Athens, Greece with his family, and is one of the few professional Greek skippers in the last 10 years. In the past, as owner/operator of a well known and loved restaurant in the Plaka area, he cultivated his love of good food and authentic cuisine. He is knowledgeable in the area of Greek Art and History. These characteristics allow him to offer a well rounded sailing experience. His work can be described as discreet, professional and authentic.
